Order Cancellation: Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this, production will have begun and the order cannot be canceled.

Tokeya Watch reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, but the price at order confirmation will remain valid.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

7. Delivery
Processing Time: Custom production typically requires 7 business days.
Shipping Time: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch (varies by destination).
Shipping Costs: Free shipping is offered for orders over €170. For orders below this threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking: A tracking link will be provided by email once the order is dispatched. You can track your package at https://www.17track.net/en.

8. Right of Withdrawal
As per consumer protection regulations, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return: Email us at support@tokeya-watch.com with your order number.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

9. Warranty
All watches include a 1-year limited warranty from the purchase date.
Coverage: Manufacturing defects only.
Exclusions: Improper use, accidents, or unauthorized alterations void the warranty.
